The Plunge at Telluride Ski Resort
An experienced interior designer who also buys and sells homes, Kimberly Hranicky owns and operates a small real estate property development business in Houston, Texas. Kimberly Hranicky also has a strong connection to the resort town of Telluride, Colorado, where she enjoys skiing whenever she can.
One of the most famous ski runs in Telluride, the Plunge drops 3,140 vertical feet from the top of Palmyra Peak down to the village of Telluride. Aptly named, this run is exceptionally steep and thrilling. To offer a range of exciting skiing experiences, Telluride Ski Resort keeps half of the Plunge neatly groomed while dotting the other half with challenging moguls. In addition to testing the courage of those who ski it, this run offers exceptional scenic views as skiers descend. Westworld, the independent community magazine of Denver, named the Plunge the best black diamond ski run in the area on its 2000 “Best of Denver” list.
